A Quick Intro Before I Begin My Rants

If you are familiar with my Twitter accounts, you know that I love sharing my thoughts and opinions about books, shows, movies, and everything I enjoy, especially if it impacts me. So I decided to start a blog. This will be fun, so here we are!

Alright, let's go back, and let me introduce myself!

My name's Ann (she/her). I have always loved books in general, especially the romance genre. However, it takes nothing for me to get distracted/bored. I figured all I had to do was find a genre or at least certain tropes that keep me invested. And as I thought, that works!

Tropes/Romance Genres that I will ALWAYS read because I just cannot get enough of them:

  • Arranged Marriage/Marriage of Convenience/Fake Dating
  • Forced Proximity
  • Bad boy X Good girl (or the reverse)
  • Sibling's best friend
  • Single dad X Nanny
  • Grumpy X Sunshine
  • Second chance
  • Childhood friends to lovers
  • Love triangle (I love me a good turmoil)
  • Sports Romance
  • Dark Romance
I plan to be more detailed with my reviews and ratings through this blog. I will talk about specific scenes, quotes, characters, and plot points; therefore, this blog will include spoilers. My spoiler-free reviews and thoughts are on Goodreads and Instagram. That will not be the case within this blog. I will be expressive on this blog, so if you are curious, scroll away!

What's Up with These Reviews?

Before I begin my very much opinionated rant about how I've seen people rate books let me just say...why do I think that I'm a blogger? Like who lied and told me I could do this because why did I vanish after just 1 post? Okay here are my best excuses: 1. Lack of motivation 2. Not being sure what exactly I want to post 3.
